The quest for a beautiful smile is like pulling teeth

Some of you may know (and now the rest of you will) I wear braces. And as you read this, depending on what time you’re reading this, I am either having or recovering from getting my wisdom teeth pulled. Three to be exact. And they don’t hurt by the way.

Why do dentist recommend pulling out perfectly healthy teeth? I don’t know. But I do know why I am following through with it. I have spent too much money on my smile to not listen to the experts. So if they say spend a small fortune to straighten you teeth and then have the ones in the back snatched out, I’m half way commited so I’m going to do it. A small investment considering how much I smile, but I’m still questioning my sanity.

Since I’m in the home stretch and these braces should be coming off any day now (Try four months ago), I am now thinking about teeth whitening. Mr. promised me ZOOM, but with all the options available I don’t know that I want to spend hundreds of dollars on a temporary solution.

Alison over at She-Blogs.com recently reviewed the Super White whitening kit, and is happy with her results. I never heard of it before, but if it is good enough for Kelly Ripa it is good enough for me. I have tried whitening before with no results. I won’t say the name of the brand, because I probably didn’t give it a fair chance considering I didn’t use it as directed. But, like I said earlier, I am in too deep not to keep going.
