We love Solange’s new bold hairstyle. For most women, our hair is our pride and such a cut is not for the faint at heart. Luckily for Solange she is bold enough to sport this look, and she has the perfect shaped face. Or, should I say the perfectly balanced face. (not to offend the other shapes, myself included)

Solange is an oval. Characterized by balanced and even proportions. Ovals can wear short, medium, and long lengths. They should avoid any styles that cover up their features such as heavy bangs, styles that cover the face, or anything too forward directed.

This style also works great on Solange, because it lengthens her neck, and shows off her defined collar bone. Her make up in this photo is flawless, soft and natural. All around A+++
